The only downside to the sng's nowadays is they are mostly turbo variations of the game. Not necessarily a bad thing but your game play is definitely different when playn a sng versus a mtt tourney. Once you have a feel for the table and the playn style of those around you then that's all you need. Good luck on those felts.

play tight early on! That is key esp in turbo sngs.....don't bust early on and then start playing after about 3 levels

Agreed on the need to be patient, but don't sleepwalk through the early levels.

yeah i prefer turbos my self. i def. have learned that tight is right in the early stages. that's something i didn't do when i first started out playing.
