You use your points and join in the Client.
If you are talking about the sngs on BCP, we don't know. It is something bcp is doing and randomly adding members.
I even had a registered member pm me and ask me, lol
I think he is talking about the ones on BCP. I have been wondering the same thing myself.

yhe ones I saw were just the regualar po tourneys. there just listed under sit n goes aswell for some weird reason
