freerolls contain so many weak players which are easily exploitable

Maybe you should slow down a bit in FR's, obviously they are not played like MTT's. It can really get to be a game of bingo at most of them. So patience helps alot, and keep in mind that these players most likely would even play this way at a tournament.

A Freeroll is where all types of play is expected. Especially in the early blind- medium blind stages.

Totally expect way beyond the unexpected when playn freerolls. ;)
