Another easy way to build a bank-roll is to play the 1.08 DoN's. I've won several in a row many times.
If you can double up early, then it's an easy win.
I play the fast 50 SNG's once in a while too, but then I blow my bankroll playing mtt's

I've found that I can build a bankroll but I can't hold on to it. I can get up to $200, but then my kings consistently run into aces, etc. I'm starting to wonder if it's a coincidence and the "luck of the cards".

I just started out at $0 but am up to 1.08 right now. I'm going to keep hitting the freerolls until I have a little more of a roll. I need to get in on some of the PO tourneys

Absolutely horrible idea about the fast fifties sng. The take is way way way to big to be playing with a small bankroll and that affects the positive ev of the prizepool. Your better off playing 4 .11 at .01 rake and grinding that way. Personally the .11 are soooo much positive ev it's not even funny considering you start with 1500 rather than 1000. You just can't get the right volume and positive ev for the money in the .50+.10
