Double or nothings are a good way to build up. And yes, poker can be hard sometimes.

The first one is tough but nothing u can do to move bb off his hand there, second one you were beat all the way still tough cause online seems to either bad beat ya or just plain set u up. Good luck building tho and dont let the BS get to ya stay the course! No tilt!
