That's wrong they need to be banned or something but it is really hard to prove sometimes

Gotta agree with Azreal here - it's pointless to chipdump for a $15 prize pool. Even the poker illiterates that dominate PO FRs would be able to understand that trivial fact

if you ever suspect something like this, it is best to contact the poker site. They will be able to review the history and take action if necessary.

WPN doesn't let you see losing hands why do you think they where dumping?
statements a bit thin at least you didn't name any one before you got some replies maybe you expand on this.
feel free to give a run down of what took place.
