This hand is yet another example to why you shouldn't slow play a big pair like pocket kings... i raised 4X the blind preflop on the cutoff and the SB called ... the BB with kings just calls and lets 2 see the flop.
Yeah, you gotta take those pocket kings and go all in pre-flop.
don't know about shoving preflop since he had nearly 80 BB ... but a big raise , yes.

Wow thats a huge hand! I had sumthn similar happen to me on absolute poker about 4 years ago on the final table of a 10k luckily the 2 players that were in didnt have me out chipped!
