Best Merge microstakes SNGs/MTTs?

Hey,

What are the most profitable/easist to cash micro SNGs and MTTs on Merge? Like, how do you guys feel about the $1.08 Double Up tourneys versus the 0.60 Fast Fifty or the new/old Bumblebee turbos? The rake seems kind of high on the Fast Fifty.

I would avoid the bumblebee things, unless you like quick losses and horrible play over and over and over. And your point about the Fast Fifty is spot on, fee is too high even if you get max rakeback. I would say stick to the DUON even though risk/reward isnt the greatest and look at the $1 Dazzler Turbos that are 9 seat SNGs.

Take you pick, SnG's 45 plus entries gives good ROI. Much success at the tables.

I would suggest that as you play a bunch of the DUON and Dollar Dazzlers you also play as many PO tournaments as you can. Then after a little while when you find yourself doing well in placing final table and so on look to add in the $1 and even $2 27 and 45 SNGs. The only problem with those is you cannot play nearly the same volume as there are less entrants on average who play them.

I find the Bumblebees to be easy money but the varience is high. Most people don't know how to play a short stack and suck in the bumblebees. If you like short-stack play, the Bumblebees are perfect. If you don't like short-stack play, DOA is right. Avoid them.

Do the 1.08 double ups for SNG's and there are a few of Micro MTT's to select from. Fast Fifty, 0.10,0.25,0.50 Pocket Change Cubed (1R1A) These are good to build your bankroll in. Play in PO tourneys too!

the 1 and $2 dollar 45 man sng's are really good along with dbl ups

sad that the bees are getting put down, I started on my PDC account with some ITM's from PO tourney's which was about $4 and change, and now am up to $11 and change from bees.

I am with Drywall on this one, and I generally don't like Merge. Those little Bees are good fun. Get about 5 of those bad boys going at a time....LOL

play the $5.50 Turbos 6 handed. not the super turbos b.c thsoe arent poker those are bs all in luckbox SNGs

The dollar dazzler is good for small buy in mtt's.

fast fifty is the best if u wana accumulate pts and u gotta decent chance of winning if u want better chance of winning the classic $ 1 double sngs are always there i love those played like 500 of those but not played it in like a month now been playing cash tables instead..

Carbon poker had two types of bumblebee turbos. On one, you start with 1,500 chips, the other, 300. With 1,500, the blinds were 50/100, for 300, you start with 15/30. The 1,500 starting stack ones were removed, which sucks, because they were better in my opinion. The 300 ones are left now. Also, the payouts were different too. For 1500, 1st got 42 cents and 2nd 18 cents. For 300, its 39 cents for 1st and 21 cents for 2nd. The bumblebees are good if you like to play short stack, and it's fun if you play 4 at a time. What's also good is that if you get on a losing steak, you're only losing 11 cents at a time, which isn't so bad.

Depending on how micro you are talking there are a couple of $ added tourneys that are non texas holdem games. These usually feature a small field and the money added makes for a good ROI.

I think it sucks that they got rid of the bumblebees you could by into with pts. That was a good way to get something rolling from nothing.

agreed. at least you can still use your points to buy in to the Pocket Change mtts

I seem to like the 18 man sitngos, but tha's just my preference.

heads up in any microstake game if possible, and if you are a decent player. guys playing microstakes tilt after losing one hundredth of their chip stack.

Love the 11 cent tourneys........Nothing better then getting 12 tables going.......lol.........I played enough of these one week to get earn over earn over a 100 points. lol they are fun and 11 cents I don't even play them to try to make a profit just to mess around. The higher buy in tourneys are good in this format. Take into consideration though you "HAVE" to be at short stack play and push call ranges. If your not good at playing a short stack your not going to win at these.

I have been looking at the dons and fast fifty on carbon the only problem I see is that no one seems to be playing them. You sit there and wait like 10 minutes or more just to get one to load. I would love to play some of the 45 man trny but I never see them load. Any help from you folks would be great. Makes me wish for the good old days when at Stars or Tilt you had a hard time getting into a 1 dollar trny they would load so fast.

I love the $2 bounties... you get cash if you place and cash everytime you knock someone out... two things to shoot for!
