if they can get there accounts and cash straight. The problem w/ FT is going to be cash flow. They spent a lot in anticipation for WSOP which has taken a real tank for them. Add the frozen accounts and the fact that most US player where playing on credit for months at a time. There just may not be all the funds liquid atm. And that's going to be the major issue. If FT can keep afloat, and a DOJ settlement doesn't Bankrupt them. Then, I'm sure we will see our money. Other than that. Who knows. Look at UB/AP. They use to be top 5 and I'm sure they won't be able to come out from under this. I have 50 buck promo money on UB and I played as much BJ as I possibly could. I being owed 5K would be better than not getting my fifty anyways. LOL

They cant like take player balances to pay any settlement though, right?

it will take some time for ft to get the money right.....what i think is the lack of funds...not b.c of a settlement with the doj...maybe the fact of how much money they really had and the amount of money being used in the faudulant acts......all i know is this isnt goin to go light with all the players and the pros.....they are in the same boat...pro or not.....well over 70 are pros from usa....making up the majority of pros....who knows....ftp is fukin up!!

I doubt you'll see any of it soon. Maybe in 6 months ... key word maybe. There is a lot of chatter/rumors on how FT did not keep players money in segregated accounts. Meaning player money was intermingled with operation cost.

I haave read that the poblems with the cashout has benn solved. Most of the people who were waiting for their money get them.

since pokerstars was able to pay every1 out already,, and FT got the green light to do the same from govt.,, is obvious they have wayyyy bigger moeny probs,,too.they prolly were never p repared to have to pay out so many withdrawels all at one time,, which makes u wonder,, what have they beennn doin with ur moeny, while u think its just sitttin there. w ho knows now really, whats goin on there. Yes they got the green light to give us our money back but no one has seen any yet. They also made ALOT of money off of just rake let alone the juice for tournaments. fishy stuff going on for sure otherwise if they had it they would have already paid us. But we should be used to it our gov squanders our money they might as well too. It isnt like theres anything we can do about it either way.

Well I can say that FT did credit me the 5.00 for the last promotion and now they owe me 67.00. They will have to send me a check for that money because I never made a deposit. (they don't have any credit card info or bank account info for me)
