I like Pokerstars the best for freerolls because they have it all, everything from Razz freerolls to 5 card draw. A freeroll for anything you are in the mood for. I miss pokerstars for their incredible selection on poker games to play.
For freerolls its probably best to spread out and get in any site where you can lol.

Hero is very good for US players, because they offer country restricted freerolls.
