do you use the pc client or browser client? I had these issues a while ago but the browser client seems to be fine for me for at least a few weeks now, can't even remember last time i got logged off. The pc client is another story, i can't even get it to download on my computer, so i just stick with browser client. As far as support goes, i've sent them a message with details about the tourney that was affected, and every time they've refunded me the buyin, so i am surprised to hear you haven't got a response, maybe its the holidays and they aren't staffed like normal, idk, hope they straighten it out for you.
