Stars is back!?!?!?

First off, Stars never went anywhere. They just stopped letting Americans play.
Second, if you read the entire statement, it doesn't say anything about allowing Americans to play again.
All it confirms is that PokerStars will be setting up an account to repay Full Tilt players.

I think you should read it again ...
FTA
"Furthermore, the agreement explicitly permits PokerStars to apply to relevant U.S. gaming authorities, under both PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker brands, to offer real money online poker when State or Federal governments introduce a framework to regulate such activity."

+1 yank its not pokerstars fault that you cant play there better it i think they would love for Americans to be able to play. Stars is still getting 200k+ (EST evenings) players online. Its your government thats holding the processes i mean even look how much money the U.S govt got... Plus arrested ex FT owner we can say.. Land of the free.. Ya ok. But hope you guys can get back your funds from "Black Friday" as that certainly was tragic.
