lol dont worry it happens to us all, I had AK Suited. I was short stacked and the dude on the button pushes all in, He turns over A2.. ahhh my prayers were answered.. or so i thought! 22A on the flop! i needed 2 kings to win.... none showed and i was gone. i have more recently learned to go all in less with powerful dominant hands just so i dont get donked out... i will raise but not all-in... well not as much anyways

You are going to lose 1 time in 5 with a better pocket pair.
The thing you have to ask yourself is.
WAS I AHEAD WHEN I COMMITED MY CHIPS
if you can say you are ahead when you put your tourney life on the line then you are playing a GOOD solid game.
I never let it get to me now if i go in ahead and lose because that is what you want.
You want to be called by weaker hands.
Variance WILL balance out and most players are not honest enough about there own play.
Most players have selective memory and forget about all the bad calls they made and WON
Good luck at the tables
