Yes, PT3 is compatiable with all Merge skins. I use it on LOck, Carbon, Hero, PDC, and it even works with the BetOnline Poker site too.

I not yet used pokertracker 3 heard its the best but me not analyse too many hands so not try it yet but anyone doing pro poker review use it as they can edit video nicely with it.
