Lock support seems like a joke within the joke that is Lock.
lock is making changes. i been reading about this online. never really liked it anyways.
so what happened azreal ? and are you playing at the new lock?
money out of the online poker sites is sometimes difficult but other times not so much. I think most are very loose when their customers get their money ...
the system that have poker rooms is very good and effective for companies once they are very important to this system ... all is properly.

I'm terribly sorry again for the delay of your payout. The reason you’ve been waiting this long is due to a processing issue. Each 3rd party provider we work with can only send out so much on a daily/weekly basis, which has created a backlog.
With the launch of our very own Poker Client, you can see that things are improving here at Lock. We’ve also taken on new providers to assist with backlog and get your payout to you sooner.
This is the beginning of new and great things with Lock. Our number one priority is still getting our payout timeframes back to normal, so you shouldn’t be waiting too much longer now.
