ooook this is getting weird....managed to deposit by getting a mate to log into my account and deposit using his pc as mine wasnt having any of it, the money has disappeared from my skrill and the account is showing that it has been processed...yet the money is NO WHERE to be seen on my account or in the transfer history so scuse me for being a lil concerned about this :/ i have also made ther withdraw request and shipped off an email to support alerting them to the apparent misplacement of my $25 and the fact i have withdrawn $700 i will keep you all updated as and when i hear more
so apparently lock dont know there arse from there head :/ this is the latest email i have recieved about the $25 going missing that i deposited and the $700 i have just made a request for...if i have to wait another 2 months im not going to be impressed they promised me they would push it through :/

Sorry for the confusion, but this was technical error, which has now been resolved as the $25 Skrill deposit has been credited to your Casino Account.
In regards to the Skrill withdrawal that was cancelled and then you re-requested a new Skrill withrawal, the Cashier Manager has added this withdrawal to the Priority List, to process as soon as is possible.

one last email and this should be sorted, just asked them how long it will take as i am now a "priority" considering they probably have a list a mile long of other "priorities" so ill keep u all updated...
what i will say is this, there support isnt the best its not the worst either they have done everything i have asked of them and they have helped me with my issues its just taken them a little while and if i get my money it may...MAY have increased my faith in them at least a little bit

the system that have poker rooms is very good and effective for companies once they are very important to this system ... all is properly.

I'm terribly sorry again for the delay of your payout. The reason you’ve been waiting this long is due to a processing issue. Each 3rd party provider we work with can only send out so much on a daily/weekly basis, which has created a backlog.
With the launch of our very own Poker Client, you can see that things are improving here at Lock. We’ve also taken on new providers to assist with backlog and get your payout to you sooner.
