Does anyone have any updates on future legalization of online poker in the USA
Oh yes, it is legal in NJ,Nevada and Delaware - up and running in Nevada and will be up and running November 26 in New Jersey where do you live??
I'm hoping that Florida will join the few states that have legalized it, but no word yet. Only the states listed above have it legalized.
Im pretty sure that as long as the site is ran and operated from a reservation, and a liscensed for gaming tribe, and the servers are on the reservation too, then its legal in the US.
NV has 2 legal poker sites but the quality of them suck I'd rather be playing on Pokerstars
would be nice to have a federal law legalizing it but dont see it happening anytime soon. it could be a good source of revenue and as long as its regulated i dont see the issue.

really so you have played on them, how do you mean quality sucked in what way
They really need to make it a national law. All 50 states or 49 because Utah will never let you gamble. If you can have OTB why not online gambling. Most all the states have casino's of some kind. It is very stupid of our gov. to not make it a legal law to play. Look at all the money we could be making to help out our debt. Why should we keep sending money to other areas that have legal play.
