But how is he being rude when all he wants is what he earned not something that was givin to him. by there rules he earned them, so asking for what is his is wrong and can be asked wrong? I see no point of being cordial if they arent tryin to resolve this and have taken away what he earned! Company making this kind of money and dont have live chat operators to fix problems right then if possible. SMH
