Yes, it's a part of Merge network, Carbon Poker is the flagship. However, They blocked U.S. players for a while because they got backed up in customer support. I think the rumor was that it's supposed to be open by now, but I haven't bumped into a source confirming that so I do believe you still can't sign up. Also, never choose a different country simply to sign up because there's a chance they won't let you cash out and/or ban you from the whole network.
