Has anyone here tried to withdraw recently from a grandfathered account? They still allow us to play, so I'm assuming there shouldn't be any problems with cashouts. If anyone has any information on this, enlighten us please!

I don't have experience with grandfathered accts, but I'd assume your cashout would be processed as any other account would. Having a grandfathered acct just means you're given continued access, despite any restrictions made in the future. You're exempt.
Merge cashouts are about 2 months atm. Hope it helps :)
when you say grandfathered account, what exactly do you mean?
Thanks, huge help there :)
Players from Washington D.C., Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, New York and Washington were restricted from signing up to pretty much every new online poker room. It's impossible to create a new account unless you move out of state. Players that signed up before this cutoff had their accounts grandfathered and they are still permitted to play on the site they registered for.
dang just to play online have to out of states? jeseus bejeseus.
SWC has the potential to be the perfect solution to this predicament. I just wish they took a more aggressive approach in eliminating the BS.
I had a grandfathered account and I didn't cashout on it, but I did get my account verified and had to change my address. Missouri wasn't an option so they had to manually update the state for my address. Since they were willing to update my address without any problems, I doubt you would have any problems withdrawing.
Thank you rghy2, was hoping to hear some good news like this.
