I'm not saying Carbon poker is rigged or not, but I feel like I've seen more hands with a lower percent chance of winning, win over those with a higher chance. I also cant tell you how many times I've seen those river miracles after someone tries bluffing with a bad hand on the turn and catches something to beat the legit better hand.
Anyone else notice this? seems sketchy to me at times
it is written into the software to promote rake. welcome to online poker
yeah this just isn't Carbon..maybe its worse on Carbon but as long as I have been playing on line poker this seems to fit all the sites

yea I always say going all in pre flop is a bad idea online the weaker hand always wins
The ole rigged story...:)....I still stand by the fact that the whole truth and nothing but the truth about online poker has always availed the public as a whole! They have done studies regarding this and they always say that it appears to be random but I will not feel fully comfortable until is regulated by "REAL" regulatory commissions. I can't say I have a whole of trust in a regulatory commission that is on some obscure island in the Caribbean that just so happens to have its office right down the road from online poker site offices....LOL
its only rigged when we are losing . when we are winning, the other guy is screaming set up .

Yeah, I tend to think that playing especially MICRO stakes tend to players to GAMBLE! rather than try to play a POKER! This is all because a worse hand paid quite well in a lot of cases!!! Welcome all russian-style BINGO players, we are waiting ;) have a good luck to beat that

I play on 5 sites, and Merge (players Only and Carbon) seem to have a higher % of crazy Runner/Runner miracles than the other sites. I haven't seen it favor any one player over time---and have made a nice pot on a ridiculous miracle river card. I think that there software is a little weird---not rigged though.

do your own study. record the results of every hand you showdown and see if the odds come close to what they should be. I did this when I was on Pstars back in the day and had results within one standard deviation (~1000 hands) for all hand match-ups and drawing odds EXCEPT for AA vs. TT which was at 1.4 SD on side of the TT

Yeah all of merge is rigged I hardly ever play there anymore cause the beats there are ridiculous!
All poker online sites are under control and can be rigged if wanted to
small stakes are filled with crazies, you just have to adjust your play accordingly, play small ball and dont risk much
Alls i know is, i win when im a huge underdog consistently, but i cant win a race. may not be rigged, but they need to fix their software.
I\'m not a big fan of carbon for many reasons. Customer service sucks big time. I remember when pstars and full tilt would refund a sit and go if something screwed up and it even had a chance to be there fault. Carbon tourney i was in never loaded for me after i registered, I forgot I was even registered and was playing other games when I remembered and when i found it and took my seat I had one bb left. They fought me on this big time and after like 8 emails they didn\'t budge. all for 3 bucks
That\'s right don7238.... Play in one of the bigger tourneys online... like any with buy-in\'s of $50 or more... watch the kind of crap you get dealt.. and watch out for the other players bad beats and river suckouts.... stuff happens that would never happen live... all the time
However, I do believe the PokerOwned freerolls are honest and random... Guess there\'s no reason for them to screw with the cards over such trivial bounty
highly doubt it. everybody can go on longer term coolers and it may seem that sites are rigged. I\'ve had losing streaks far in excess of 10,000 hands and I am a decent lifetime winner in both tourney and cash play
I\'m no expert but, I think computer software is not truly random like in nature ,but based on some intial seed conditions if the seed conditions are different the randomness maybe a little different for each software,there are also different degrees of randomness.
There would be no reason for them to be rigged unless 1 of the 9 players at EACH of the tables was one of their staff... which it is not...
Just to add my 2 cents to the discussion: I think the lower the stakes you play, the more it\'ll see like the worse starting hand will win because more hands are played all the way to the river. Kind of like limit poker. People are going to play it all the way down more or even go all in pre-flop and see what happens. When it happens like this, anything can happen. Same as if you just ran it" live instead of actuallt playing street by street.
i have seen this at carbon many times when im all in big big fav and they need just 1 card to beat me and when the river card comes there is a delay of like 3 to 4 sec before the river card hits and they hit their miracle card, not saying its rigged but to me it feels like the software was searching through the cards to get to that one card to lay it out there. Has anyone else seen this happen
