Cashouts will most likely be coming from the DOJ... Guessing this info will come out down the road but this is just great news for USA and poker in general. Stars can buy FTP just for there assets then simply control the whole market.
My guess is Stars knows something we don't. This makes total sense if they did this for the US players. To acquire them.
Last main event Phil Hellmuth predicted that US online poker will be legal by that time next year and would cause the highest Mane event field ever.

Look online poker will be back in the USA it's just a matter of time. Stars wouldn't buy FTP if they knew they could never come back into the USA market. Stars is going to act like a savior but FTP pay every player 100% instead of .2 per 1 dollar. Then stars owns FTP software which had estimated value at a couple hundred million. Stars will own the market competing with party poker. Won't have to worry about ft2 or anyone else. This is absolutely wonderful news for poker and USA players. If you don't see that then wow.
