I had this problem with ACR at first. I had to talk to a customer rep and register my GD card, but it didn't take long.

Decent site and they accept prepaid Netspend Visa or Mastercards

i might use these soon as carbon stole my points and never gave me my 10 dollars i requested

not as fond of black chip as i was just a few months ago.

I think seals is the best place to be. That is just my simple opinion though

Software sucks. Good CS n payout times tho.
