anyone knows why my carbon poker has no text?

i install carbon poker from this site and update that,but when i loge in there is no text in any bottom,so i can not use it.
does anyone have that problem before,what should i do?
please help me

i did remove and install over and over again,i am gonna send a pictureAttachment 694

That is strange, I have no idea.

I'm not sure why that is happening but if you uninstall and reinstall that may correct the problem.

I see you already did that. Did you contact support?

google carbon support email, it should come up, it is either [email protected] or [email protected] or au.....

no pooffy the support on that lobby has the same problem,i did email them,let us see if they answer

I had a problem with the previous software upgrade and my setup... it shut down almost every minutes, but the latest upgrade fixed that for me... Hopefully the new update will do the same for you.

Definitely contact customer support though..

Lol, hope you get that fixed althought ive pretty much have all that memorized. If they dont answer, go on 2+2 and post the pic on the carbon support thread. They have Carbon reps there checking everything...

Same happened to me i uninstalled and redid worked fine

Try reinstalling it, that might work.

u should try download it again from other link and then reinstall it.......
