Personally I don't see why people play there when there are many other good options available.

ACR and BCP have the best cashout options hands down with their debit card. Merge and Juicy is said to take forever and Lock is supposedly dying (rumors i don't personally know for sure). I see ACR and BCP getting some much higher action on their cash tables very soon. I would reccommend playing both!!! but hey if you like 2 month+ cashouts stick to what you know I guess.
