no the site isnt broken just when you are a new member you have to make a few posts then all set welcome to pokerowned if you need anything at all me or the others mods if they are around can help :)

client has been down for many months and you can't chat until you have 2 posts i think
so why i see 20 persons there?
it's a glitch, trust me no one has played in the client for a long time
I think he just means chatting in the lobby though, too... Which your answer of two posts is probably the right answer to.
