You could always change the theme to match with MMO-, RTS- and FPSOwned. Also the logo could be remade (make a contest on MMOwned graphics section requesting one).
I know these are just little graphical things but still.. ;)

I would suggest changing the font colors.
Most of the people under the Registered Users are in white and you cannot see them without highlighting.

i tottaly agree with the chat box.gives regulars a place to pop in and bs on ground level.

Make a introduce yourself section for all the welcome posts.. and make it zero post count..
You spend your own money for us and half the people posting are just cluttering our general section to gain access to the freerolls..
I dont want to deter new users but really how hard is it to bullshit a couple posts about some poker hands and at least make it look semi legit :/
As a forum user i prefer less users that care more about what there saying then a ton of spammers..
(honestly part of why i dont browse mmowned anymore its turned to a spam fest since all these random people joined after the closure of the other forums)

i mix them up.. I have some start at like 3-4pm est.. and some start at like 8pm est..

I work a swing shift so I can be gone anytime between noon and mid. but im always off in mornings
