There's only a cap on points if you haven't already done a certain amount on surveys already. Ask Zab about it, I am sure he can fix the problem.

it is best to buy points and enjoy play poker bettr than do survey.
yeah surveys suck too i think posting is easy enough .
I have the same issue. For starters, I live in Finland and speak English (Australian). So I am auto zoned to the Finnish surveys, which not only suck balls but are few and far between. I haven't had one pay up for over 6 months :(

ok i will break down and buy some points today so i can win some money in the games
survey been working half the time for me lately which is above par
some surveys convert, some dont.. some take you for a ride for 10 mins and then say ur ineligible.. thats how it goes.
