how long does a refund take?

i've requested a refund of 40 points due to missing the tournament registration and i'm still waiting. 2 days now and counting. That's not really long but I'm interested in how long this process takes?

If 1 dya has already passed...you won't see the refund ever again..cheers

There is generally no refund on the poker stars games.

Pooffyfooffy is the moderator, i guess he should know better, but i made the same error as you when i first joined, not a long time ago, and i got my refund. Maybe you were too late with your request. I advise you when you want to play it, opt in 15 min before it starts and you won't have problems in the future.

It's only 40 points and you should have enough time to enter the password.

i asked for the points less then 24 hours after the tournament. i did register 15 min before the tournament but i ran into problems before the tournament. all explained in the request. So if i don't get a refund, who do i ask for an explanation?

p.s. i did check and i got my points back. thank you to whoever i need to thank.
