how long does a refund take?

i asked for the points less then 24 hours after the tournament. i did register 15 min before the tournament but i ran into problems before the tournament. all explained in the request. So if i don't get a refund, who do i ask for an explanation?

p.s. i did check and i got my points back. thank you to whoever i need to thank.
