You were supposed to get it already. If you did corectly all the steps. Or maybe is something wrong with the sistem.
Not everything converts and be careful of the downloads. You can take a screenshot of it on your computer and submit it to the site that offered it, they should credit you.

I havent downloaded anything but if you download and uninstall later-will the points go away as well?
some do, some don't. i always uninstall quick if no points in the same day
dont giv out personal info to third party websites they r not responsbility of PO, earn pts by do posts and lottery just suggestion for ur security measure u can come to knw bogus website mostly they look v.tacky.

I never give out personal info and i never download either , some of the things have turned up malicious for me :(

never do download out side of a virtual machine if you do most likely virus or may not credit
