I got a separate hard drive with OS I run em on it. and rather than remove all the addware you get with downloads,I just restore it can be faster but i DO NOT care about that hard drive it was ticking and expect to get a few virus's

i wish that was one thing we could eliminate is all the spyware adware

most of the add-ware is installed in your browser as extensions i've only found 1 in win32 "addpeak"but have found about 5 Trojans in one day up date your virus protection should be good to go
