yep turbos are about preflop ranges and utilizing the weaker players, ie having a larger range for aggressive opponents and exploiting passive fishes .

I stopped playing the turbos while working cuz of this - you need to pay much more attention to who the fish are and how many times the aggressive players are all in on you....to pick one off.
