the online software running through the casinos in ac will open in two weeks - in ny so i will go and see how this is operating wish me luck
tom jones is the legislation mother foker doj can blow me huhhhh
soon as they figure out how to get their cut they will make it legal.
Wow, gl American's and hopefully online gambling in legalized!
If the government can't even get an insurance website running I sure hope they even attempt a poker site.
So RoyalPat, did you play and, if so, what were your impressions of the first days?
Good luck American's :D
I hope these idiots wise up soon!! I miss the Sunday Million so bad!!!!
i remmber the time that it was legal.. damn the poker client were full i miss those days!
what make you think they have time for poker? they cant even run the health care website correctly.
what a bunch of bullshit we need money and this would be a great way to make it
I wonder if DE of NJ have addresses I can rent to play legally?
yes i think its great and there is no better way to make molooooo
they better bring it in soon!
Man I can't wait till it happens. I have feeling it will b soon in the future. to much money the government is loosing out on for them to not do it. Poker stars here we come
I can't wait either. Here in Georgia we don't even have casinos. I have to go to Biloxi or Cherokee just to play cards.
Here in California we have a lots of poker rooms and indian casinos, but playing on line is much more convenient and I just love playing 4 to 6 tables at once for constant action!.
It will be legal every were eventually as soon as each state passes there own bills.Im in PA we should be next
I wouldn't mind a state by state running there own sites..eventually you'll get states that are right next to each other who would proably merge together....Wisconsin, where im from, is full of casino so I don't know why they wouldn't do it here
california has poker rooms but there is a moritorium on them right now so no new ones. could online poker just be tied to those?
yes,I find it ridicolous that you can play lottery to the high heavens but, poker is illegal in the same state, nothing moral mind you it's just the state government is making a ton of money from it.Poker is a way better gamble than lottery.
my state's letting Indians open up casinos all over the place... but if you play online poker you are a criminal.... very logical.. don't you think?
it really sucks...the govt needs to legalize online poker ASAP so we can capitalize on the rush of donks who will join the game. in the meantime lets all develop our games so we can capitalize when it happens.
Iv'e come to the realization that United States Government doesn't care about people. What's the harm in wanting to play poker. They might as well be in my bathroom with me while I take a pee. "keep on pokering"!
mew jersey is up and rummimg they might combine with Nevada soom
not sure if someone said this already, but NJ just allowed online poker too.
Its stupid to wait for all the states to pass their own specific gambling bills. The Fed needs to get off its ass and make it federally legal and then states can choose to opt out or tighten the law. The demand is there and the Gov. could really use the $$. Plus would people from New Jersey only want to play against other NJ players? That would get boring to me. I used to love playing against Russians and eastern Europeans at 1am and against Americans in the afternoons.
Our public transportation is laughable as well
Now that NJ has online poker will the rest of the states follow soon?
I bet we have nation wide legal online poker by end of 2015
When will they bring back Pokerstars for USA players? I miss it!
feds will legalize in 2015 is my guess, there is so much money in taxes just sitting on the table, it is crazy.
i think the usa will open its own poker room run by the us
Really. I don t think the usa will open there own sit. But in illinois know the slot gambling in bars they get 1/3 of the money.
I think that California will be next state to legalize, but they will tax most of your winnings.
I miss the old $50 pokerowned freerolls on full tilt with the oldies...was tons of fun
