Great news!
That's what my ancestors taught you guys, unite the colonies to form one gigantic iron fist.
we ll take down the big government laws once in for all muahahaha
the more the merrier. Make it state by state first and then join the states that want to shuffle up and deal.
I wonder how those 7 people are doing playing online in Delaware.
LMAO gpahren.
Poker regulation by state is much like the legalization of marijuana. Once we get enough states on board then we will be able to have federal regulations. Federal regulations means we might actually be able to get back onto Pokerstars, FTP, or even an online site that has a ton of U.S. players. The bigger fields would mean bigger $$$. So hopefully it continues in this way.
Its funny that states still trying to fight inevitability. Just look at Colorado and Washington.
hahaha @ gpahren
that was funny..
good for DE tho!
;)
I'm from Washington, where pot is legal and playing poker online is a felony. Strange world we live in.
New Jersey gambling online sites going up today for testing if all goes well opening Tuesday next week for everyone residing in New Jersey should be very interesting - will be there next week for Thanksgiving let you know what I find out

Nice to hear, but also depressing in a way. Living in the bible belt, I'll be watching all the non-backward states moving forward all around me.
Next step allow players from other states were no illegal and from outside the US...the days of Lock, ACR, and Bovada might be coming to an end, or at least the way they handle withdrawals or they wont have any players.
Report: New Jersey Bill Would Allow Web Poker Players From Outside The U.S.

ACH, debit or credit card, these are state sanctioned sites not Asian company selling herbs, or you can even go to the casino to deposit to the online account and cash out at the casino that is running the website. Easy
