His twitter response was classic "busted playing poker...worst part is i lost"
i found this pretty epic!! maybe a good sine for online poker coming back to the us a little faster than it is... Hopefully
i agree with chuchk!! maybe its a good sign of things to come!!
He makes light of it, and uses the excuse that it was a "3+ hour senate hearing", but he is an elected official who who is paid well and should be honored to be put there by the people and take a it this very serious issue (whether it be right or wrong, they are discussing killing, displacing, and destroying the lives of many) seriously. Get off your fucking phone McCain!
tthats actuallyreally awesome that he plays poker i reallydidnt know that poker every1 playslol thats cool that he does wonder if he plays online and what stakes he plays live
He's limping Q2o UTG, donkey :D But I don't blame him, if I would be listening to Kerry 3 hours in a row I would play every hand too, the hearing is just some theater full of bullshit formalities anyway...
Funny how the people that are trying to kill online poker in the US is playing it while working.
Any normal person caught playing games on their iphone at work would likely be fired. This senile POS should have been hung for treason long ago. Thanks a lot Arizona!
The media has no mercy for anyone in public office and seemed a little weird a prominent politician was 'caught' playing games on his phone, while there is ongoing discussion of invading Syria. Just my 2 cents...
Have you ever watched the senate on the cable channel? Half the time there is a lot of nothing going on. I swear its like they all are doing something totally different.
And of all people. Maybe he already knows the answer to everyone's question since he is what he is. Maybe he already knows that the U.N. is going to agree and that we (usa) again will be going to stick our noses in somewhere again. Granted if what we are being shown is real then something needs to be done but why is always the united states? Are we trying to go bankrupt as a whole or what?
that's great, i love it. So many people playing poker its crazy. thanks for that post.
what I imagine his aces cracked face looks like ...

This is the guy that wanted to be president... very glad that didn't happen
i saw it too - he should of been president the man can multi-task
I love it! Now bring Back are Pokerstars!!!!!!!!!!
I'm with the codgers on this one - he is an elected official, he is taking taxpayer money for his salary, his SWEET healthcare package, his SWEET retirement package, and not only is he fucking off during discussions that relate to the lives and deaths of thousands of people, he makes a joke about it.
John McCain is so old he played poker in the old west, lol. He called Doyle Brunson kid when he first started playing. OK enough with the old jokes. I think it is a step in the right direction for online poker in the US if the lawmakers are playing it too.
I like to screw off at work sometimes, but then again I'm not making 6 figures and deciding on life and history altering issues.
it doesn't surprise me that the was not doing his job. most government officials don't do their jobs lol
that dude is super clowning
yeah this is pretty damn embarrassing. shame on him
Does it surprise you that a "politician" is playing poker? Their ALWAYS tryin to find the best angles!!!!
