extremely unlikely that they will ever be back, if anything they will have merged and subsequently be bought up and owned and operated by pokerstars, but i have even a hard time even beleiving that will happen bc there is really nothing in it for pokerstars. They wiould be acquiriing full tilt to take on full tilts debt and pay back players which seems like a stupid business deal to me.
