This couldn't work, you couldn't have a bounty tournament and a double up tournament. In order to double up you need all the money from the buyin going into the pot so that you can double up. The only way this could theoretically work is if less then half the field doubled up, but if thats the case then your return of investment would go down.

Dumbest idea I ever hear. How would that even work.
