He was quite the character. I listened to him on some online poker radio show one time.

Sad to see a legend leave. The Man was always polite in the big games, and I'm told more than a little scary in the backroom card games of his younger days. RIP Slim.

83 years old he lived a long and very easy life....nothing for people to be sad about unless your his family.

Amarillo Slim was definately one of the greatest players/characters ever to play the game
