is this for all of us or just for new players? i dont use paypal but u got my info from netspend..

I will check that, but Netspend really can be gotten by neone. PP and Ebay ratings take some time to build and are also link to real bank accounts.

i have no paypal, ebay, or bank account lol...

my only banking is cash and netspend.. we will figure it out
