STAKE for $11 $1250 for TTA

Im staking TTA in the $11 $1250 GTD at 01:00est, the MIDNIGHT NLH(61480406).
Since xfers r down he is using his own funds to play this n i will reimburse him in the case of a loss.
Terms r stakeback, 50/50 w/make-up. I have the right to waive stakeback if i like(FT probly).

I would like at the bare minimum chip count at breaks n bustout hand. He can post any swing hands, positive or negative, that he would like to.

am really new to a lot of the lingo per say, so i just wanted to ask what does "Terms r stakeback, 50/50 w/make-up." mean?

It means whatever I win, subtract $11 (the stake) and then we split 50/50. Make up means we keep a running stake i.e. if I lose and he stakes me again, then when I cash, we subtract the total amount of stakes and then split 50/50. Make sense?
