Scams, Scandals and Shadiness

I've noticed quite a few things go down I'm not really kosher with. There has to be some kind of way to label people who have but not limited to: Not payed back backers, tried to scam, scammed, welched on bets etc... I'd like to get PO's official response on this and the community's.

basically we ask that you post a thread so we all can see BUT if you traded outside of the Market rule (which is scam proof) then who is to blame? Plus if you can go and do some research on a player before you trade.

please try to keep up to date with whats going on before making threads asking for things that already exist

Im not trying to place blame on po. Its obv not po's fault people fall for scams.
The only beef id have with po is letting people roam free after scamming.

I like this idea, and i went to the background check and typed in quickuptake and he has no negative feedback, and I can't give him negative feedback as we didnt do a marketplace trade, he private messaged me after i posted a thread and traded through email. I would like to get him banned so he cant scam anyone else, but I know its unlikely to happen and will settle for being able to give him negative feedback so it can show up on the background check thing.

i like the idea of a background check so members can get an idea of whom theyre dealing with, i also dont think its enough. we should take away their market and loanshark privledges. as well as posting and bubble chat. just because they have a bad rep dont mean some new guy wont make a mistake n trade with them
