I have never had Rocko default to me, guess I just loaned him during his hot streaks. The last few times he has asked me for a 4k loan I said no because I knew he was trying to recover loses and that's no way to get ahead. He is a 15 year old who has no clue of the value of $. Just young and dumb, I like Rocko but he has the worst BR Management on the planet.
