I wouldn't trade with a chip dump if I were you. Everything may seem to go fine now, but you could have serious problems when it comes time to cash out. Cash out a few hundred, and maybe they will not look you up and down, but what if you get lucky and win thousands? Do you really want to lose it all because you decided to trade points for a few bucks in an illegal fashion a year or so back?
