well joe, depends where you got it, if you have receipt, etc, proof, then you should be able to contact amazon and say code did comes up used, someone may have stolen code. Or if you bought from someone, then you may have been scammed. But one thing is for sure, daytradin isn't lying. Also, did you guys double check code, maybe there was a typo , has happened to me getting codes from people
