I think it is only fair to have everyone post what they think is a fair point/paypal trade rate.
I would say 450 points per $1 is a fair rate for paypal.

well considering zab has the rate at 575 per 1$ its a low estimate i think. maybe 500 per 1$ but thats as low as id go

What's the going PayPal to Carbon rate for small amounts, say less than $10. I assume it's around 1:1, with Carbon being a little more valuable since you can't deposit small amounts on Carbon and it's harder to deposit now that Visa is no longer an option?
