maybe a moderator of the site with account moneybookers or pal pay could make the transation and charge a small fee(2% )boths sides.
an example:you want sell, i want buy.i send the money agreed for the moderator(moneybookers or pay pal....)when money ok he tell u
to transfer the carbon money for my account.when ok he send the money for u accont moneybookers pay pal another site poker......
