If you owe rent and you're gambling to get it paid...you don't need a stake, you need a 1-800 number to call. And these threads are useful. It helps people know who they should NEVER lend money to or stake.

u dont know shit about me or my life so why dont u get a fuckin clue? Im fulltime in school and lookin for work right now. Gettin a job isnt easy for someone with a felony conviction, but you wouldnt know shit about that with your cracker jack perfect life would u?

I've also (and should) consider making people pay points to post in the marketplace \ staking.

That way if someone DOES run off, it could be possible to get compensated.. but that could get messy also.

I'll wait to hear your guys ideas on how to redo the staking section.

Is there ANYTHING in the current staking section we can salvage?

zab, i dont know if you could have your guy code it, but on SWC theres a WOT feaure, and in chat you can type X persons name and will show 'supporters/vouchers people that trust/untrust, and kind of keeps a tally on the amount of money paid back to stakers, etc"

the WOT system on swc sucks. i think its cool as far as seeing someones rep and how much theyve paid back to stakers but its way too easy for someone to get mad and type #untrust dochollidaze. then other morons start doing same thing and its ridiculous. if we are to use a system like that here ppl should have to submit untrust to admin with an explanation as to why

and it should have some verifiable proof because I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I dont know if this is gonna work out. Too many people do not understand any of the actual aspects of staking.

IMO -- No, you need to start banning people who disrespect stakes by not paying them back. All you do by being permissive, is to have the people keep taking advantage of those kind enough to stake others or loan others....

true once again youve jumped the gun, he wasnt listing you as a defaulter or a begger he was just pointing out that you are on the list of people that now technically owes him money as he said, verdict is still out cuz hes not staked/loaned you before etc

zab u need a upgrade for staking like say i wanted to stake dpad make it where he can enter mtt id code thing into the staking part and then itll keep track on how he did/doing in the staking section something like the sealsdeals.info does for swc may work look into it and check out the sealsdeals page for ideas :)

I've never gotten a loan or a stake on here but I think YES there needs to be something .. because looking at it .. there seems to be a lot of fuckery and some by the same people.. Word is bond.. to me .. if I loaned out and wasn't paid back then I personally would try to address the person I had the issue with.. But if it didn't get resolved then I would put their ass on blast.. And maybe just maybe the same people always needing a loan or a stake.. are sum broke asses for a reason.. poor $ management/ poor play... I'm just saying...
