Begging for stakes? Can anyone name the top ten?

Its ok to a point, but downright rude at times.. Especially when promises are made after you send a stake or money to someone and they dont follow through with repaying.. Even if it is a small stake like 3.30.. I mean come on!!!! If you borrow which is same as a stake.. then you should pay back. Kind of tired of the begging I guess... UGHHHHHHHHHHHH

well a stake isnt a loan ...yes if the person cashes thats part of the deal but if your staking someone and they dont cash they dont owe you unless that was agreed upon before u shipped the money.
