    you guys really should word stuff diffrently when doing deals like this. if its a STAKE there is no payback. if its a LOAN there is a payback. i understand you 2 made a deal and jayyy agreed to it, just doesnt seem right. if youre gonna STAKE a guy, you take all the risk. if he wins you win. if he loses you lose. plain and simple

    I think all that matters is that both parties know the situation a 3rd party picking apart how something is worded makes zero sense seeing as how they are not part of the situation. Not trying to be a dick but thats like saying trips and a set. Pick it if you want but totally unneccesary.

    its just funny as hell to me. be a dick if you want i dont care man. TITLE says stake. hes even excited its his 1st stake. which obv its not. this is no stake. its a loan. plain n simple. i could stay out of it and prob should but im bored and feeding my need for entertainment
